Whether you are a beginner or have practiced Yoga before, options and variations will be offered and encouraged so that you can practice in a way that nurtures and supports your body. We explore our body as our home, our teacher, a whole community of cells looking after and protecting us. Every single cell working away behind the scene to keep us alive and striving towards balance. Yoga means union and in class we work in union with this community, communicating with and supporting our bodies, increasing our awareness and cultivating a deeper connection to self
