Sound Bath & Relaxation Session

Service Description

Relax in the comfort of your chosen safe space, surrounded by the smell of calming aromatherapy oils whilst being bathed in the vibrations of Gongs, Chimes, Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls. Inviting you to allow the weight of any perceived worries or responsibilities to simply drift away. An opportunity to reset and rebalance using stillness, self soothing, meditative awareness and sound Sound baths can unearth things we may have buried and bring them forward. All kinds of thoughts and feelings may be seen and felt. Or maybe not you may sleep but please be prepared to go on a journey of realisation and clarity. We will start the session with some self soothing, light stretching and slow deep releasing breaths to help relax and ground before the sound begins Sound Bath: Full set of Crystal Singing Bowls Full set of Koshi Chimes 2 Tibetan Singing Bowls 20inch Gong 32inch Gong 36 Bar Chimes Tingers Please bare in mind Lea will require space for the sound set up. When booking please include the following information: Type of event and location Date and time you would like the sound bath to begin Number of people expected Type of sound bath you require (i.e just sound bowls, mixture) Any other details specific to your event Parking restrictions Please wear something comfortable and bring a Yoga mat, bottle of water and blanket. You may also want to bring a pillow, eye mask etc (Travel costs may be added if outside of a 10 mile radius)
