Service Description

Do you feel tight in the body? Are you looking for ways to support your own wellbeing and release tension in the body? This session is for you Our Fascia and Lymphatic systems work together. The Fascia connects every cell in our body and the Lymphatic system connects with every cell in our body. The Fascia's job is movement and cellular hydration. The Lymphatic's job is cellular waste management, cellular hydration and removing toxins and fighting infections. When we are aware of these systems and support them we work with the body to cultivate a healthier more comfortable environment in the body What to expect from this session: Location of Lymph Nodes and Lymph Massage (Self) Rebounding (Jumping up and down) Light Stretching/Self Massage/Light Yoga Fascia Release (Tools): Foam Roller - Yoga Wheel - Yoga Ring - Massage Balls - Peanut Balls - Resistance Bands - Gua Sha Tool - Foot Roller - Yoga Block Hydration - Water & Fruit When booking please include the following information: Number of participants (Single or Group Booking max 6 people) Fruit allergies or dislikes Any other details you think Lea needs to know Parking restrictions (Travel costs may be added if outside of a 10 mile radius)
