Service Description

Please log in to access booking service and pre book to secure your space Enter Barking Park via the Longbridge Rd entrance and follow the path down. You will see a car park sign. Entrance to the Pavilion is through the gate which has a sign saying Company Drinks to the left of the car park) For more information please contact me at "90 meditative minutes completely dedicated to you. A safe space to relax, release tension, rebalance and restore your mind and body. No experience necessary" Yoga with Lea offers a relaxed and gentle style of Yoga with self soothing gestures, self massage, slow flowing movements and deep releasing breaths. With Mindfulness at the heart of this practice, we will use movement to move through feelings and moments of stillness and observation to realise the inner peace that resides within us beyond the noise of everyday life. In contrast to the constant doing, we bring our focus into being, being in the moment, meeting ourselves where we are. Resulting in a deep meditative state of relaxation, restoration and rebalance. Prioritising the feelings in the body over the thoughts in the mind, embodying the present moment utilising sound vibration, mindful movement, meditation and the breath. Where can we surrender? Sound Bath Savasna: Crystal Singing Bowls Koshi Chimes During the final savsana and relaxation phase of the session Lea will bathe the class in the sounds of Crystal Singing Bowls, giving relaxing suggestions offering mindful moments. She also often brings additional therapeutic instruments such as Tibetan Bowls, Kanari Chimes and Gong. You will be brought round with the subtle and beautiful sounds of Koshi Chimes and ques to follow the invitations from the body. And we finish our practice with some self soothing and meditation closing with connection to the heart Please wear something comfortable, bring your own mat and blanket (and any other equipment blocks, bolsters. Pillows and eye masks also welcome) You will be required to fill out a Par Q form (health waiver), prior to your first practice. Please check your junk email for this after booking.
