A little insight....

Yoga with Lea offers a relaxed style of Yoga with self soothing gestures, self massage, slow flowing movements and deep releasing breaths. Encouraging unique expression and presence. With Mindfulness at the heart of this practice, we will use movement to allow feelings to move through the body. And moments of stillness and observation to realise the inner peace that resides within us all,  beyond the noise of everyday life. Inviting us in to a deep meditative state of relaxation, restoration and rebalance. 90 minutes prioritising the feelings in the body over the thoughts in the mind. Exploring the present moment through breath, movement and awareness

Lea is also a Support Worker and Mental Wellness is close to her heart due to personal lived experience living with a Mental Health Diagnosis, therefore there can naturally be a peer support element to the classes. If you have any concerns prior to the session please email info@consciouslea.com
